2005

Fall was busy with ICS workshops and lots of Confined Spaces Entry training.  We also presented live fire training on-site for several of our clients.

August we went again to Panama and completed the training with 4 x 2 day classes for the firefighters.  We had excellent ship visits and great support from ACP (Autoridad del Canal de Panama).

We went to Toronto in May and had an excellent 4 day class, as usual.  Thanks to all for a great trip.  We managed a few days in Niagara on the lake also - a beautiful spot.

2006

Another busy year so far - I trust all are enjoying the summer.  Other than the cruise ship firefighting we've been enjoying the weather.  We continue to work with local BC industry for Confined Spaces training and program design.

June:  We had another successful trip to Toronto, working with Special Operations.  Thanks for the support, guys.

March:  Finally, SeaFire is "sea to sea".  We presented a five day class in Halifax to Halifax Regional Municipalities (HRM) Fire Service.  The class was presented at Damage Control Division in Herring Cove and we got great support from the naval Instructors.  Lots of exercises both in class and in the field - on ships, at marinas and in the training simulator - great facility. Thanks to all - and we hope to visit again soon.

Many are availing of our services in Confined Spaces Entry training and consulting.  Also, more terminal operators are requesting training in the use of ICS - Incident Command System.  The workshops are interactive and help supervisors understand their roles and responsibilities in emergency response.   We continue to offer courses in marine fire fighting to Vancouver, Toronto and many other fire departments .
